See, it took me forever to post again. I'm really really bad at this.
Noria moved in on the 3rd. I think the poor girl is scared of me. She keeps to herself and hangs out in her room. Today she and her husband are out seeing museums and I'm extremely jealous. Jonny is spending today shining things while watching UFC and playing video games. It's a total guy day for him. I doubt I'll be able to get him out of the house.
I was watching The City on MTV the other day and they showed a girl who has her own Blog about shoes. I had to check it out. I'm SO green with envy. I'll admit there are plenty if things she has and wears that I wouldn't but some of it is AMAZING! and who wouldn't love to have a plethora of awesome photos of them self. Here is the website if you'd like to see it: http://seaofshoes.com/
There was some drama at work. The 1st was our last day of the season and we changed to only weekends. This means I'm pretty much the only one working the park anymore. Well, that day we had maybe a handful of people come to the park and I knew I wasn't going to have to close out that night. I counted batting cages. Added the money from there ($19) tot he mini golf and then took the mini golf till back over the batting cages to wait out the last hour of the night. Most nights I would but the mini golf till in the back on a shelf and look the door or something just to keep it out of sight out of mind and out of the way. Well, we had no customers, it was the last night, and I got lazy. I left the till on the front counter. I switched the change in batting cages till into dollars (so it'd be easier for my boss to deposit that money because batting cages will be closed until spring) At that point mini golf seemed to fine. I counted it to make sure I hadn't messed up the change switching ( not very carefully I will admit). I left the money in the hut with one of the attendants. That was on Sunday. We had an event on Tuesday and Penny said she would work it. she came in and counted the drawer before opening and found it was missing $100. Now remember I counted it, it was fine, and we had no customers after I counted it. So the two main suspects are Me and the attendant that was in the hut with the money after I had OK'd it. I'm responsible for the money. Thats my job and so of course I feel totally responsible but I know I didn't take anything. I can't imagine the attendant working that day could steal it. They just aren't capable to doing something like that. SO, I feel like I HAD to have mis counted or SOMETHING. I don't know what happened to the money. I offered to replace it because it's my job and I take it seriously. But my boss doesn't care so much about replacing it as he does figuring out what happened to it. He is now going to talk to Justin (my new boss for the winter) to tell him to watch out for me and the attendant that was left in the hut. My name is being dragged though the mud and it sucks. I would never steal and although I understand my bosses position it hurts that he thinks I could have done this.
Thats all there is right now. Talk to you later!
